HYTING has installed a 10 kW hydrogen-powered air-heating system at an industrial site in Offenbach, Germany, to cover peak heat demand. The unit heats a 1,000 m³ space at a precision pump manufacturing facility. The installation follows GAR certification and extensive durability testing, demonstrating the technology’s reliability and potential for industrial and commercial peak-load heating.
HYTING’s hydrogen-to-heat technology is based on a flameless catalytic reaction of hydrogen with oxygen from the ambient air to generate heat, producing no CO₂, NOx, or particulate emissions. No flammable hydrogen concentrations are present at any point during operation.
